Lightroom is a MUST for every photographer! So here is my Lightroom Workflow!
Well it has happened, I have made my first tutorial! Today I let you all into my personal Lightroom workflow! I have never shown people this, so you are the lucky ones! I plan on releasing a number of videos as I have been getting asked for more and more help of late. And because I am so helpful, here is some help to help you along the way 😉
I think for some photographers it can be a little scary to share exactly how they do things, and while it is very competitive in the world of photography, I am of the strong opinion that hiding secrets will not advance our craft. So I decided to show everyone how I work through editing an image.
Another fear photographers can have, is trying to explain away the whole “taboo” of Photoshop.
Guess what everyone? 99.8% of images you see today have had some form of editing done to it, I personally love it due to the control I, as a photographer has over every image. But if you disagree this is just a part of the evolution of the art. How do you feel about using digital means to create a painting? How about when the Impressionists flooded onto the painting scene? Art evolves and it’s a good thing.
Now, my Lightroom workflow is by no means patent, you can do exactly what I do! I encourage it! you also may be shocked as to what an image looks like when it lands in my computer! I made this video a bit long, so grab a beverage and take a look, I try to keep it riddled with my witty rhetoric…
